TERMS OF SERVICE
General rules
- I won't accept any rude behavior towards me.
- I don't accept any unclear references. (please ask me)
- Please keep in mind that I'll take my time!
- Please also keep in mind that there's no canceling available
- I keep the rights to the artwork and thus am allowed to upload the artwork freely to different social media and my portfolio
- If you're not responding to my WIP's such as questions etc. within 15 days (without a reason for your absence) I will re-sell the commission (the pose).
By Purchasing a commission, you agree to all T.O.S.
Payment
- Paymant ONLY via PayPal!!
- Payment will always be in EURO (€). Please check the conversion rate to USD or other currencies relevant to you
- Paypal Fees are covered by me as by Paypals T.O.S
- The commission will be started only after the full payment or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
- Full refund will only be granted if I have not started at all
- I have the right to cancel and to refund the commission at any time.
Waiting time
- PLEASE DO NOT RUSH ME IN ANY WAY!
- The waiting time for my commission are between 1 - 8 weeks
- Please do not message me daily and pushing me or ask me for updates.
Copyright and use of your commission!:
- You are allowed to upload you commission on your social medias ONLY if you credit me.
-please make sure to credit me with @ maskka_ (on Twitter/ Twitch) or maskka.x (Intagram)
- only for personal use. If you want to use it commercially it will cost you extra.
